Lawn Care, Power Washing, and Landscaping Agreement
This Lawn Care Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of the Client's
acceptance (the "Effective Date"), by and between:
Bee Bros Lawn Care and Landscape LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, with its principal place of business
in Northeast and Central Florida ("Company"), and the undersigned client ("Client"), collectively referred to
as the "Parties."
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Company agrees to provide lawn care, power washing, and landscaping services as agreed upon in the selected
package or service. The quoted services are the services that will be provided. Any additional work outside
the quoted services must be requested and approved in writing before work commences.
Lawn care services may include:
- Mowing
- Edging of hard surfaces
- Garden edges
- String trimming (weed whacking)
- Blowing of clippings
- Fertilizing
- Landscape design, installation, and maintenance
Power washing services may include:
- Driveways, sidewalks, and patios
- Decks and fences
- Exterior walls and siding (excluding roofs)
- Outdoor furniture and hardscape features
Landscaping services may include:
- Design and installation of plants, shrubs, and garden beds
- Mulching and soil conditioning
- Seasonal planting and maintenance
- Irrigation system inspections and minor repairs
Company does NOT provide pest control, large tree removal, or hardscape installation services (patios,
walkways, driveways).
2. SERVICE SCHEDULING & WEATHER POLICY
- Services may be scheduled online, via text, subscription, or phone.
- Recurring services will be performed on a set schedule agreed upon by both parties.
- Services are subject to weather conditions. If weather prevents service, Company will reschedule at the earliest available date.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
- One-time services: Invoiced upon completion. Payment due upon invoice.
- Recurring services: Billed on a monthly subscription basis.
- Deposits: Some landscaping services may require a deposit before scheduling.
- Late Payments: Payments over 30 days past due will incur a 10% late fee.
4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
- Rescheduling: No fees apply for rescheduling with at least 24-hour notice.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Company Cancellations: Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather and equipment issues.
5. PROPERTY PREPARATION
- Client is responsible for removing toys, objects, and obstacles from the lawn or work area before service.
- A pet clean-up fee may be charged if excessive waste is present at the time of service.
- If applicable, Client must provide access to an external water hose connection for treatments and power washing services.
- Locked Gates & Inaccessible Areas: It is Client's responsibility to ensure access. Areas that cannot be accessed due to locked gates or obstructions will not be serviced, and no refunds will be issued.
6. LIABILITY & DAMAGE POLICY
- Company takes reasonable care in providing services; however, accidental damage may occur.
- Company is not liable for damage to irrigation systems, cables, dog fences, or other hidden underground elements unless damage was caused by gross negligence.
- Power Washing: Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as chipping paint, loose siding, or surface damage that may be affected by pressure washing.
- Client agrees to hold Company harmless for accidental damage. Company will address and repair any verifiable mistakes caused by its team.
- No Warranty on Plants or Turf: Company provides a labor warranty only and does not warranty plants, turf, or landscaping materials once installed.
7. CLEAN-UP & INITIAL SERVICE FEES
- If the property has been neglected or is overgrown, an initial one-time clean-up fee may be charged to account for extra wear on equipment and additional labor.
- Some clean-ups may require multiple visits, but only one clean-up fee will be charged. Subsequent visits will be billed at the standard rate.
8. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
- Resolution Period: The Parties agree to attempt resolution of any disputes within 60 days before proceeding to legal action.
- Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Florida, per the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
9. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
- Company reserves the right to modify, change, or update this Agreement at its discretion.
- Either Party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By accepting services from Bee Bros Lawn Care and Landscape LLC, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms
and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
