Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is between Bee Bros Lawn Care and Landscape LLC and the client, effective on the date of client acceptance of services.
- SERVICES PROVIDED
Monthly Lawn Care Services to Include:
- Professional mowing with commercial-grade equipment
- Edging of hard surfaces (driveways, sidewalks)
- String trimming (weed whacking)
- Thorough blowing of clippings
Additional Landscaping/Lawn Restoration Services:
– Scheduled and invoiced separately of monthly lawn care services. - Fertilization (seasonal program)
- Power washing and soft washing services
- Disease and infestation treatment
- Sod installation
- Lawn restoration (soil testing and amendment)
- Seasonal bush and shrub trimming, pruning
- Landscape design and installation
- Mulch and stone installation
- Weed control and removal
- Seasonal/one-time yard clean-up
- Debris removal and clean-up, storm clean-up
Chemical applications of pest control treatments are done by a licensed professional contracted as partner of BEE Bros Lawn Care and Landscape, LLC, and scheduled and invoiced separate of other services.
Services NOT Provided: Large tree trimming/removal, new irrigation installation, pet waste pickup, and hardscape installation services.
2. PAYMENT TERMS & BILLING
Lawn care and landscaping service estimates are free of charge.
Lawn care services are invoiced as per mutually-agreed-upon terms, and charged to the credit card (required) on file after the invoice is generated.
Tips are appreciated, but not necessary, and passed directly on to the crew who performed the service. It is a compliment to the crew, and relayed in such a way.
Landscaping consultations are free of charge. A $150 deposit is required for landscape designs with rendering, and will be applied to the balance of the job once completed. An additional deposit may be required for landscaping services, due upon acceptance of proposal, and prior to installation. The remaining balance is invoiced upon completion of landscaping services, and due upon receipt.
Additional landscaping and lawn restoration services may require a deposit, and the remaining balance is invoiced upon completion of services and due upon receipt.
All remaining balance invoices for all services rendered are due upon receipt.
Late Fees: A 10% late fee is applied to accounts 30 days past due.

The company and our system do not provide refunds.
3. REFERRAL PROGRAM
Our company provides a referral bonus of $10 off a scheduled service for new clients (only) referred to us by an existing client whose name is mentioned at the time of booking services. The system applies the bonus after the new client has paid their first invoice.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for the clean-up of pet waste, toys, debris, and obstacles in the yard. If unable to perform scheduled services due to excessive blocking of the yard, the client will be notified and service resumed on the next scheduled date.
The client is responsible for communicating in advance with the office of any concerns or additional services needed. Time-of-service requests are not performed. All questions, concerns, requests, and additional services must be communicated through the main office. The client is responsible for communicating in writing the need for cancellation of scheduled services.
4. CANCELLATION & CONTRACT TERMS
No contract is required for lawn care services. Services may be cancelled effective immediately by Bee Bros Lawn Care and Landscape, LLC, or by the client. No refunds are provided.
Rescheduling Policy:
48-hours is required for cancellation of landscaping services and installations. If cancelled within 48-hours of landscaping installation, the $150 design deposit (along with any additional deposit paid) is forfeited. If within 48-hours of all other landscaping services, a $50 cancellation charge will be assessed.
Landscaping Proposals are based on current availability of products and best measurements. Prices of materials is subject to change, as are services rendered. Our company will communicate changes/updates. Our company will do our best to reschedule services and replace out-of-stock materials as we cannot guarantee the availability of plants and products in the original proposal.
Emergencies do arise, and we will do our best to accommodate and communicate such needs.
Lawn care crews are not to be approached at the time of service. All communication is to be done via the main office; via phone call, text, message, and/or email.
5. WEATHER AND EMERGENCIES POLICY
All services are subject to weather.
Mowing wet grass is bad for our equipment and the grass. We will not perform any services if threat of thunderstorms is imminent. Should our lawn care crew be unable to perform scheduled services due to inclement weather, client will be notified as soon as possible and services resumed on the next scheduled date. If additional landscaping services are unable to be carried out due to inclement weather, client will be notified as soon as possible, and services rescheduled at an agreed-upon date.

6. LIABILITY AND DAMAGE POLICY
The client acknowledges that lawn care and landscaping services involve inherent risks. There is no guarantee on plant and material installations.
All disputes and concerns must be communicated via the main office. Crews are not to be approached on-site in regards to any questions, concerns, or disputes. The client and company both agree to communicate in writing all concerns and disputes, and work to find a resolution.
